AE 391 Architectural Engineering Design II

Application of Design and Analysis principles specific to Architectural Engineering. Students work in teams to develop and design MEP systems for a simple building. Emphasis given to sustainability and energy conservation.

AE 220 Introduction to HVAC   

A review of thermodynamics, moist air properties and processes, basic heat transfer, solar radiation, heating and cooling losses and load calculation, types of air conditioning systems, infiltration and ventilation, air motion and distribution.

ENGR 380 STEM Teaching & Learning

STEM curriculum design and development with 10-30 hours of teaching hours during July Eureka! summer camp for 8th and 9th grade girls.
